Knowing the client and the product comes from years of experience.  Each customer is as unique as the property they own.  Throughout the years, I have come to know several types of customers:  the Do-it-yourselfer are those who prefer to do it all themselves or those who prefer a little guidance.  The traditional client are those who want everything done for them.

A do-it-yourselfer is someone who usually likes to save money and get satisfaction that comes from the labor of one's hands.  There are two types of "do-it-yourselfers."

1. One type prefers to do all the work themselves. They have a vision. They know what they want but are not sure how to go about it. They want to shop for plants and materials but are not sure what to buy. All these people need is a little guidance. A property consultation will give them enough knowledge to get started. They build their own dreams.
2. The other type of do-it-yourselfer requests expert help and enjoys one on one personal assistance throughout the whole landscape process. After the property consultation, I am on site and available to assist, guide and teach this client about plant care, products and installation. Together, we build the landscape of their dreams.

The traditional client is one who prefers to have it all done for them.  This client enjoys the one on one consultation and the tailored - custom fit landscaping plan.  They meet with me regularly during the installation and construction phase.  I am always available to answer any question that may arise.  Finally, they enjoy how beautiful everything looks when it is all done.

For all our clients, no matter how big or small the job, you will enjoy our one to one consultation and the beautiful transformation of your property.   And, I am available after the work is complete for any more questions that may arise.
